Healthy Cooking Series (Spring 2016)
Come learn about eating smarter and moving more. We will learn to use a healthier approach to planning and shopping for our meals and learn about portion control. This class will be lead by a professional nutritionist followed by the healthy dinner prepared during class.
If you have children interested in learning to become more active while having fun with new friends be sure to register them for the YMCA ACT! Program that meets at New Covenant UMC twice a week Mondays and Thursdays. Each Monday you can enjoy the healthy dinner together.
